3:00 PM – Till Late We have the Holiday Inn Express conference room reserved starting at 3pm Friday until 1AM Saturday to meet and mingle with friends and family.

The conference room will also be stocked with some refreshments and some of our favorite games (cards, jenga, board and trivia games). Feel free to BYOG to share.

If you would like additional snacks and refreshments Baxter’s Wine/Liquor/Beer/Deli/Bakery, or known as the “The Party Store” in Michigan, or “The Packy” in Beantown is next to hotel.

There is an indoor pool and hot tub at hotel to enjoy, so don’t forget your suits!

Also here are other places next to hotel for food/snacks/drinks:

• Metzgers German Deli and is also a sports bar
• Grand Traverse Pie Company has amazing pies, soups, sandwiches, salads. I highly recommend the Peanut Butter Pie!
• BP Gas Station that also has a Tim Horton’s with breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bagels, coffee, muffins etc.

• Gran Maya Mexican Restaurant

7:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Sessions Room Beer Garden

On the Friday Evening before the wedding, we invite guests to join us after our rehearsal dinner at The Sessions Room, a nearby restaurant and beer garden.

We anticipate our rehearsal dinner ending around 7:30, and everyone is welcome to join us in the reserved beer garden after the rehearsal dinner.

If you want to dine at the Session’s Room beforehand, you can call or make separate reservations on their website. The restaurant has a large bar and plenty of seating, and its food is delicious!

The conference room will also be open until 1:00 AM for those wishing to lounge, play games, and catch up.

Wedding Ceremony Details:

2:00 PM: Pre-Ceremony Celebration

• The Wedding Ceremony is approx. 10 min from the hotel at the Groom’s Parent’s house on Bridgeway Lake. There will be a shuttle bus to transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony with multiple stops. There is also street parking available and lyfts/ubers.
• You are welcome to joing us at the ceremony location any time after 2 pm. Refreshments, a champagne punch bowl, and light bites will be provided.
• You are also welcome to BYOB to the ceremony, and coolers will be provided on the shuttle bus and at the ceremony.

3:30 PM – Ceremony

• Please arrive by 3 p.m. at the latest to get settled in.
• Approx Shuttle Time Pickups From Holiday Inn Express to Ceremony: 2:00, 2:30, 3:00

Wedding Reception Details

The Gandy Dancer, 401 Depot St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

• The Gandy dancer is approximately a 15-minute drive from the reception. Complimentary Valet Parking is available at the reception venue if you do not choose to take the shuttles from the ceremony.
• Approx Shuttle Time Pick Ups At Ceremony to go to Reception at Gandy Dancer: 4:30, 5:15, 5:45, 6:15 (If Necessary)

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour

The Cocktail Hour and Passed Appetizers will start inside the reception location.

6:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Main Event, Dinner, Dancing, And Good Times

• Dinner will start with salads around 6:30 PM, followed by a plated dinner and dancing.
• Bring your appetite and dancing shoes! This venue will also have an open bar, and DJ Joe will rock the tunes.
• For those wishing to leave the reception earlier, a shuttle will be provided back to the hotel around 9 p.m. As the wedding reception wraps up, additional shuttle pickup times will be available. Lyft and Uber are also available.
• Approx Shuttle Time Pickups From Reception back to the Holiday Inn Express: 9:30, 10:00, and 10:30

10:30 PM – 1:00 AM – After Party In The Hotel Lobby

After Party Details

• The After Party is in the HOTEL LOBBY!!! No, for real (ish). We have reserved the Holiday Inn Express’s epic after-party room until 1:30 a.m. for some late-night pizza and refreshments and to keep the dance party going.
• If you have other accommodations, you are welcome to join the after-party using our complimentary bus shuttle from the reception back to the hotel. Uber/Lyft will be needed to return to your accommodations at the After-Party.

There is complimentrary breakfast served at the hotel from 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM. We will most likely not be there at 6:30 AM, and will most likely stay until after 10:00/10:30.
