Sessions Room After 7:30 PM
On the Friday Evening before the wedding, we invite guests to join us after our rehearsal dinner at The Sessions Room, a nearby restaurant and beer garden.
We anticipate our rehearsal dinner ending around 7:30, and everyone is welcome to join us in the reserved beer garden after the rehearsal dinner.
If you want to dine at the Session’s Room beforehand, you can call or make separate reservations on their website. The restaurant has a large bar and plenty of seating, and its food is delicious!

Time: ceremony starts at 3:30. Please arrive by 3 p.m. at the latest to get settled in.

- The Wedding Ceremony is approx. 10 min from the hotel at the Groom’s Parent’s house on Bridgeway Lake, 4001 Woodland Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103.
- You can join us at the ceremony location any time after 2 pm. Refreshments and light bites will be provided. You are also welcome to BYOB to the ceremony, and coolers will be provided on the shuttle bus and at the ceremony.
- There will be round-trip shuttle bus transportation to the wedding ceremony and reception and back to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, with multiple trips. The schedule will be provided ahead of time.

June 29th, 2024, starts at 5:30 for cocktail hour and the reception ends at 10 pm. Bring your appetite and dancing shoes! This venue will also have an open bar, and DJ Joe will rock the tunes.

The Gandy Dancer, 401 Depot St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104
- The Gandy dancer is approximately a 15-minute drive from the reception. Complimentary Valet Parking is available at the reception venue if you do not choose to take the shuttles from the ceremony.
- For those wishing to leave the reception earlier, a shuttle will be provided back to the hotel around 9 p.m. As the wedding reception wraps up, additional shuttle pickup times will be available. Lyft and Uber are also available.
After Party Details
- The After-Party is in the HOTEL LOBBY!!! No, for real (ish). We have reserved the Holiday Inn Express’s epic after-party room until 1:30 a.m. for some late-night bites and refreshments and to keep the dance party going.
- If you have other accommodations, you are welcome to join the after-party using our complimentary bus shuttle from the reception back to the hotel. Uber/Lyft will be needed to return to your accommodations at the After-Party.

We have arranged round-trip bus shuttle services between the hotel, ceremony, and reception, with multiple trips originating and finally returning to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. A schedule will be provided.
For those driving, ample parking is available at the ceremony at 4001 Woodland Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
At the reception at Gandy Dancer, complimentary valet service is available.
Lyft and Uber are also available in Ann Arbor for the ceremony, reception, and after-party.

Parents who wish to stay longer or enjoy the event without their little ones to let us know if childcare services would be helpful.

- Room Block: Holiday Inn Express Suites w/free breakfast, and access to a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We will have a complimentary roundtrip bus shuttle with multiple trips between the hotel, ceremony, and reception. **NOTE*** If you have not booked a room yet, you can call directly at 1-734-827-1100 to ask if they can honor the room block rate for the Rollins/Howell room block rate.
- Plenty of other hotels are nearby, but the round-trip shuttle bus service will be provided by the Holiday Inn Express Suites, 23 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103.
